Stat Rehab, a Physical & Occupational Therapy clinic in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona, selects the PPS to complete their Medicare and Provider Enrollment credentialing applications. Stat rehab is opening a therapy based clinic system that will operate in a primary office and in patient’s homes. PPS will work to ensure that all necessary applications are completed in a timely manner and followed through until completion.
