It typically takes 30-60 days to process new Medical License applications but depends on the state. Some states can take up to 4 months depending on the time of year and how many people they just got finished laying off… We expedite the process for our clients to get them seeing patients asap.

How long does it take for South Carolina Medicare insurance credentialing? Approximately how long does it take for managed care insurance providers credentialing in SC. They are telling me 120 days… is it true ?
I am a new graduate and planning to start practice in SC.
Recently we have received Medicare participation in SC in around 45 days. 120 days is worst case scenario but it does happen, especially if you make mistakes completing the application.
How long does it take to get credentialed with State Compensation?
It usually takes about 90 days depending on the state. Some states require new providers to take a compliance class prior to becoming a participating provider.
