Hospital Administrator over Oncology Services in Richmond, Virginia.

Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

Qualifications:

Physical Demands:
-Working conditions: Inside, subject to high stress, many interruptions, multiple tasks, OSHA category I (Frequent occupation exposure to bloodborne pathogens)
-Essential Physician Functions: Prolonged, extensive, and considerable standing; Must be able to see, hear, speak, lift, push, and sit.
-Essential Mental Functions: Subject to varying and unpredictable situations, high stress and pressure.

Essential Qualifications:
Education: College Degree, Masters preferred (MSN, MBA, or MHA)
Licensure: Current state Registered Nurse license
Experience: Minimum of 5 (prefer 10) years in Oncology Services, with at least half of those years in Oncology leadership (prefer in a program with full Oncology services)

Other: NP preferred
