PPS Testimonial- Delta Convenient Care

We felt that it was important to share with potential clients what a current client had to say about our company.  This is just one of the many clients that we have been fortunate enough to help.

“They have been incredible for our practice.  First a little history, I was hired on as the financial officer for a 6 provider practice back middle of last year.  One of my projects was to clean up our credentialing services.  We had one employee that had learned how to credential on the fly, and it was getting overwhelming for her due to our rapid expansion.  Real quick: I will tell you that I have minimal knowledge of this aspect of our business, but I realized we had an issue.  I’m an accountant / administrator by trade.

Well, from the first day I spoke with Andrew I knew we had found something.  He was willing to explain things to me knowing I had very little background in the field and helped me design a solution for our practice.  We reached a decent understanding of where we were and where we were heading, and it’s been great since.  One great commendation is that Andrew is great at answering phone calls / emails.  We are both extraordinarily busy (I break the 65-70 hour week consistently), and he always finds a way to accomodate for me.  Often he’ll chat with me after hours when I’m still at the office.  I truly appreciate that about the service.

It truly is a pleasure to do business with him and the rest of the PPS crew.  We have grown from six providers to well over a dozen, and PPS has taken care of us crossing all our T’s and dotting all of our I’s all the way.  We’ve had doctors come and go, N.P.s come and go, and we’ve definitely thrown a lot of curves at PPS (we’ve changed out approximately 5 providers).  We’re now at 13 providers and all of these changes were handled perfectly.  Examples: we outsource billing and management to other smaller practices.  Calypso Enterprises is a billing and management company that does financials and billing services for other clinics in our area and even in Chicago.  Andrew helps us credential 3 other practices currently.  Two of these are single provider practices that we handle.  *small plug*  We provide a big business feel to smaller practices.  After what he’s cleaned up and found at our practice, we use them for our other clients.  They really are that thorough and good.  As our advisor, I consider Andrew an expert in this field.

More Examples:  With those practices we’ve had tax ID code changes in the middle of the credentialing process.  We had a medicare administrator change right as we were trying to get medicare numbers for 2 new doctors, and the new administrator was horrible about responding back to us.  Andrew and PPS stayed on the lines and got this resolved as promptly as possible.  We even networked Andrew in to our conversations with the Tennessee Medical Association.  We had to file a complaint to get out numbers after all the work that Andrew had done for us.  He provided dates, times, and errors made by our new administrator.  It was awesome to watch him at work with that issue.  I would consider us one of Andrew’s most difficult clients.  Through it all, he still uses me as a reference, because truly they have not faltered no matter what kitchen sink we throw at them.

When Andrew first took over, he had to correct NPI / Medicare issues for us, and simply clean up a lot of things that we had no idea were not updated.  This practice was in existence for 5 years without the assistance of PPS, and I have no idea how we continued to receive payments with some of the errors we found (address changes and ect.).  Not only has PPS done everything that we need, but they’ve also made me look good for finding them.  Andrew & PPS has been one of my best business “finds” and relationships.  Andrew has been great, especially as I’ve transitioned from Financial Officer to C.O.O of our company.  I truly use Andrew as an advisor for a lot more than credentialing.  He’s an incredible resource.

I truly think their service, product, and business model is ideal for any practice.  We’re mid-sized and have approximately 100 employees.  They do a great job for us, and they do an incredible job for our smaller clients as well.  We have client practices that have half a dozen employees and another that only has 3.  For all services provided, I give PPS two thumbs up and a 10 out of 10.  I wouldn’t change a thing.
